October 14, 2022: Applications for voter registration must be postmarked by this day and received by October 19, 2022.
October 14, 2022: In-person voter registration applications must be received by this date.

REGISTER ONLINE
If you have a valid ID from the New York State Department of Motor Vehicles, you can register to vote online.

REGISTER BY MAIL
You may register to vote using the New York State Voter Registration Form accessible at the links below. You can complete a PDF version of the New York State Voter Registration Form online by clicking on the link below, typing the necessary information, and selecting the appropriate boxes. Alternatively, you can print the form to complete by hand.

Please note that the USPS is not required to expedite election mail. We recommend requesting your absentee ballot by October 15 at the latest.


Voting Absentee

DEADLINES

Monday, November 7: Deadline to apply in person for an absentee ballot.
Tuesday, November 8:
Deadline for absentee ballots to be postmarked. Ballots must be received by November 15th.
Tuesday, November 8: Deadline to deliver in-person ballot to your local Board of Elections or any polling site in your county.
